 When we enter a café, we are always given water before the coffee.  There is a reason behind this practice. Water is used to cleanse the tongue which allows you to better savor the tastes of foods that are ingested later, but it is also used to cleanse the taste buds of flavors you do not like. The small glass of water and the coffee ar  served  at the same time, but to enjoy a good coffee, the water should be drunk first. Although it is customary to drink water before coffee, whether you do so still or sparkling is a matter of preference. Science, however, offers a suggestion that clarifies the distinction. The sparkling water's bubbles would aid in better rinsing the tongue of the flavors and scents of the previous meal. The taste buds may be slightly anesthetized if their effect is too severe.    It was an awesome adventure for me.  I was so pleased  that I decided to try all the coffees  from this brand. I was  amazed by the aroma and  variety of flavors of this cafe.   It had both sweet notes  and a pleasant bitterness in the  aftertaste.   I have visited many coffee shops and tried  many different types of coffee. Sure, some   coffees  were   better than others,     But they were all wonderful and   unique.     This is what changed my life forever. I want to  do this, I want to study the art of coffee.   I am a young Italian recently visited my aunt in America. My aunt was very happy to meet her nephew. She made me coffee. And miraculously, the coffee processed and roasted in the USA turned out to be fragrant, with a pleasant and rich taste. The drink was no different from the coffee I drank in Italy. The quality of the drink corresponded to the best brands of Italian coffee. For me it was a truly unforgettable experience.
